Rest | Relax | Recharge
Since we know that you may be jet-lagged when you arrive at the Vida Nova Retreat, unwind with a Complimentary Spa Treatment of your choice. Rest, Relax and Recharge.
Day 2
Sunday, November 3rd
Welcome Lunch | South African Dance Class & Party
Spend your morning sleeping in or exploring the gorgeous grounds at the Vida Nova Retreat.
After you've rested, join Acute Inflections for a Welcome Lunch, followed by an “Amapiano” (South African house music) Dance Class. Later on, practice your new moves at a Dance Party in town.
Day 3
Monday, November 4th
Cheetah Outreach | Vineyards
Visit the Cheetah Outreach and witness these beautiful wildcats roaming in their natural habitat. Supporting this foundation helps to ensure the survival of these elegant African predators.
Spend the second half of your day in some of Africa's oldest vineyards. Enjoy lunch and a wine tasting while learning about the rich history and winemaking traditions of South Africa’s world-renowned estates.
Day 4
Tuesday, November 5th
Table Mountain | Robben Island
Experience Table Mountain, one of Cape Town’s iconic landmarks. Ride the tram up to 3,500 ft above sea level to take in the region's breathtaking views. We’ll stop for a bite to eat on the way to our next destination…
Prepare to be inspired at historic Robben Island. You’ll hear the history of Nelson Mandela’s imprisonment and his message of forgiveness from former freedom fighters who were also imprisoned there.
Day 5
Wednesday, November 6th
"Let Go" Day
Spend the day honoring the message of Acute Inflections’ hit song, “Let Go.” Choose an activity from your bucket list, like Parasailing, Ziplining, or Skydiving, or just relax at the beach.
After we all "Let Go," indulge in an authentic African feast at the award-winning GOLD Restaurant.
Day 6
Thursday, November 7th
Learn From The Past | South African BBQ
Embark on a transformative journey to !Khwa ttu, a cultural oasis nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of South Africa. Engage with the indigenous San people firsthand as they share their rich heritage through storytelling, traditional music, and art, providing a profound insight into their way of life.
Learn about Braai, a traditional South African BBQ, during a cooking class with our chef. Assist this “Braaimaster” in creating one of his gourmet dinners, and then sit down and enjoy.

Friday, November 8th
Penguins | Farewell Festivities
Hit the road for a whimsical excursion to Boulder Beach, a haven where charming African Penguins frolic amidst picturesque shores just outside Cape Town. Witnessing these adorable creatures up close is an experience like no other, evoking pure delight as they waddle and play in the turquoise waters.
Afterward, groove with Acute Inflections during their performance at the Farewell Celebration, the perfect ending to this jazzy once-in-a-lifetime adventure!
