Day 1
ARRIVE | CAPE TOWN , SOUTH AFRICA
Saturday
Guests are greeted at the airport and transported to Hout Bay, Staying at the Vida Nova Retreat. Enjoy unwinding at the Retreat and meeting your team leader for the week. Enjoying dinner and drinks at the Green Orchid.
DAY 2
WELCOME| CAPE TOWN
Sunday
Join us for an introductory session with the team leader and guide, including bike setup and familiarization. Enjoy an easy 40km cycle around Mouille Point, with the route depending on weather conditions. Green Orchid will provide a delicious to-go lunch. After the ride, take the Table Mountain cable car and then return to Vida Nova Resort for relaxation and dinner.

DAY 3
PENGUINS | CHAPMANS PEAK
Monday
Experience a cycling trip to Simonstown via the Glencairn Expressway, with stops at the Black Marlin and Seaforth for penguin viewing. Enjoy a light snack and a charcuterie lunch from the hotel. Return via Chapmans Peak Drive, choosing between bus or bike. Conclude the day with dinner at Gold in Cape Town.

DAY 4
CAPE POINT | CHAPMANS PEAK
Tuesday
Join us for a Cape Point ride departing from Vida Nova Retreat. This long ride covers 60 to 70km, featuring a funicular ride at Cape Point and a light snack along the way. Enjoy a charcuterie lunch provided by Green Orchid. Choose to cycle or take a bus to the Two Oceans meeting point—those feeling adventurous can cycle, while others can relax on the bus. We’ll wrap up the day with dinner at Chapmans Peak Hotel.

DAY 5
REST | STAY LOCAL
Wednesday
Enjoy a rest day with options for guided mountain walks along Chapmans Peak, shopping at the Waterfront, a relaxing beach day, horseback riding, kayaking in the bay, or visiting the World of Birds. End the day with fine dining at local restaurants.
DAY 6
RIDE | GORDON BAY
Thursday
Start with a 35km ride along Chapmans Peak, stopping for coffee at Salt Cafe in Walk Bay. Then, enjoy a delightful wine tasting lunch at the 1682 Steenberg Wine Farm Estate. Afterward, take a bus to Groot Constantia for another wine tasting. Finally, return to Vida Nova Retreat for dinner.

FRANSCHHOEK | WINE TASTING
Friday
Join us for an exciting day trip to Franschhoek! Start with a scenic bus ride to the area, then cycle 53km from Allee Bleue Wine Estate to Theewaterskloof Dam, surrounded by stunning landscapes. After your ride, enjoy wine tastings at two selected vineyards (to be announced). Finally, relax on the bus ride back to Vida Nova Retreat for a delicious dinner. Don't miss this unforgettable experience!

DEPARTURE
Saturday
If time allows, embark on the Nauticat Seal Island boat trip, organized by Vida Nova Retreat, departing from Cape Town.
